John McInnis

John McInnis III has built a reputation around his expertise in business strategy, integrity, and organizational structure. His experience in highway construction and sound business principals have yielded the development of flagship assets across numerous companies in a diverse collection of industries including heavy construction, disaster cleanup, emergency management, government contracting, technology, motorsports, automotive and entertainment. Through his leadership, the McInnis Family’s business interests have grown to include a litany of
successful companies. Mr. McInnis has developed business relationships and partnerships in multiple fields both in the U.S. and abroad.

Cameron Price

A West Point and MIT graduate, Cameron Price served as an Airborne Ranger in the US Army. Mr. Price has over 20 years of experience as a developer and operator in Florida and Alabama. He owns several iconic Gulf Coast businesses in the hospitality space. Cameron resides on the Gulf Coast with his wife, Cam, and their three children.

Brandon Parnell has a tremendous professional history in the hospitality and entertainment arenas that incorporates considerable time dedicated to cultivating executive teams and managing topline strategy. He affords Island Entertainment nearly 20 years of beverage industry experience as a former supplier and distributor multi-market and multi-channel manager. Brandon has also produced large scale entertainment concepts in numerous environments working directly with a litany of national artists to create comprehensive and robust brand centric experiences. His professional wherewithal encompasses the spectrum of brand management, beverage and retail strategy, technology integration, process and systems development, finance management, operations, recruiting, partnership development, and entertainment management extensively.

Brad Hackert

Brad Hackert grew up in the hospitality industry and has been working for the last 25 years in the restaurant business. He brings a dynamic, consistent management style to Island Entertainment along with the experience of working in virtually every position in the restaurant industry. Before coming to Island Entertainment, Brad was instrumental in growing a restaurant coaching and consulting company, which included developing a cloud-based

restaurant management software before starting his own consulting company to focus on the implementation and training of operational systems for independent restaurant operators. Brad has collaborated with thousands of restaurant owners and operators across North America teaching them systems, tips, and strategies for their restaurants to reach their highest potential.

Leah Meador

Leah Meador is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of experience in tax, accounting and financial management. She holds a undergraduate and graduate degree from Louisiana State University. Leah's expertise in budgeting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance has contributed significantly to the success of her team and the organization. She lives along the beautiful Gulf Coast with her husband and three children.

Jenifer Parnell

Jenifer Parnell has 15 years of experience in sales and marketing. As the Marketing Director for Island Entertainment, she oversees strategies for the portfolio, combining creativity and an understanding of customer engagement to drive brand visibility and business growth. With a passion for crafting memorable experiences, Jenfier is dedicated to ensuring each concept connects with it's audience in a meaningful way to foster lifelong customers.

Chris Dickens

Chef Dickens is an experienced Corporate Executive Chef with over 30 years of industry knowledge and expertise. A proud graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in 1996, he understands the significance of education and is fully committed to mentoring and guiding the next generation of hospitality professionals. 


Chef Dickens holds multiple certifications from the American Culinary Federation (ACF), including Certified Executive Chef. Certified Culinary Educator, and Certified Culinary Administrator. He is responsible for overseeing our culinary training programs including the renound "Registered Apprenticeship Program" and our J1 Culinary Intern/Trainee Program. He currently supervises over 100 students enrolled in our program for the upcoming 2025 season.

Amanda Dickens

Amanda Dickens holds a marketing degree from Troy University and earned her SPHR certification in 2018. With over 15 years of experience in hospitality and property management, she is passionate about developing training programs that empower teams to accelerate guest relations. As HR Director, Amanda is dedicated to fostering a strong company culture and supporting business operations comprehensively. In her free time, Amanda enjoys spending time with her two daughters and coaching cheer for the Orange Beach Orange Beach Makos youth cheer team.

Director of Retail and Product Development

Sara Sechrest

Sara Sechrest is a passionate  and well versed retailer with a  robust history of success in the retail arena. Ms. Sechrest brings 35 years of experience to the Island Entertainment team in buying, merchandising, and product development for department stores and specialty outlets. She has extensive expertise in financial management, assortment planning, and importing.

Johnathon Patty is an Information Technology leader with 15 years of experience in the hospitality, dental, and manufacturing industries. As Director of IT, he ensures seamless operations while managing network continuity, hardware, and software systems. Known for driving performance through superior preventative maintenance, he leads a team to optimize business technologies and enhance operational efficiencies.
